Spiral-shaped sheath

Resistant to mechanical stress and frequent bending.

The GFE spiral vinyl sheath is particularly resistant to mechanical stress and frequent bending due to its construction characteristics (rigid PVC spiral reinforcement) and is able to withstand bending radii equal to its own diameter without deformation or breakage.

This sheath is intended for industrial use, in particular for the protection of electrical cables in moving systems.
When fitted with the RDFE fittings supplied by us, it offers IP65 watertightness.

Material used: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

Colours available: Grey RAL 7035, White

Length: 30-metre reels

Operating temperature: From +5°C to +60°C

Glow Wire Test: 960 °C (CEI 60695-2-11 standard)

Resistance to flame propagation: Self-extinguishing in less than 30 seconds

Crush resistance: 320 N over 5 cm at +20°C

Impact resistance: 2j

Electrical insulation: More than 100 Mega Ohms

Waterproofing: Immersion tanks with IP65 accessories

Dielectric strength: More than 2000 volts

Reference standards: CEI EN 61386-1 and CEI EN 61386-23
